This is the last Arc-Suppressor, that is needed to be installed to a RF Welding or High Frequency welding machine. No more thyratron mercury tube or any sensitivity control. Never burns the die or ground platen. 

It shuts down the RF in micro seconds, and alerts the operator with a beep.

In most cases you do not need a buffer material, providing the upper and the ground platen are adjusted very paralleled.
